You guys are the worst! Really. A $50 fine because your EZ Pass reader did not read my device and decided I have to pay a fine and the toll fee. You all suck at your job.

The 59th street bridge, took 9 years to build in the year 1900. This was a time when they had no equipment like they have today. ITS TAKING OVER 20 YEARS TO FIX!! GET IT TOGETHER ALREADY, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!! CONSTANTLY CLOSED LANES DURING RUSH HOUR AND NOBODY FIXING ANYTHING. CORRUPT AS FVCK.JUST WASTING MONEY

Devastating. Never received tolls by mail, yet hundreds turn in to TENS of THOUSANDS. I am utterly besides myself. I have contacted many resources, and hoping to find some resolution. It is crazy ridiculous the fines and fees placed when you do not get the mail! Bring back the cash tolls! And the MTA and other authorities do not seem to mind that thousands of New Yorkers are experiencing the same issue with the MTA. Everyone I talk to has some issue with the MTA whether it is about the tag itself, the billing and never receiving tolls by mail! I have been on many forums, and high percentage thinks this is a scam purposely to scam people out of money claiming they sent notices. If a person receives a notice that their vehicle is pending registration suspension, you think they would not answer? Come on!

Went online several times to pay the toll bill but nothing on their system, 3 months later I get 8 letters by mail with overdue payments. This is the most elegant way to still from New Yorkers. I am disgusted and don’t want to raise my kids here, New York is not only dirty but is also full of thieves dressed in suits living like leeches from the hard working residents.

Why should the citizens of New York City have to put up with a subpar transit system that reeks of corruption and theft of services? You folks need to clean house and get rid of the people that suggest things like the 511 telephone line. That line never gets me through to a live human being. At bottom, MTA has set up a system that will never work for constituents and then it expects us to pay the bill for illusory support. There should be an order to show cause filed as to why a magistrate should not be assigned to run the MTA operations while the group changes leadership. The leadership at MTA is unresponsive, is stealing money from constituents, is doing a very poor job in ensuring communications between Constituents and the MTA. The creation of that 511 service was just the last straw. It shows how disrespectful and unhelpful the MTA intends to be. When is the next public hearing? I want to come testify about these dispositive issues.
