John Rolfing Muenster’s response: “Response to Douglas, 5-3-2017 Beginning in 2006, I worked hard representing Douglas in an excessive force case against a sheriff’s department. We lost by a 2-1 vote on appeal—a great injustice in my view. After that ruling, we filed a fraud on the court case against the county in question. These are difficult cases to win--ours was dismissed. I felt and feel that Douglas was wronged. Although I had earned every penny I was paid, I offered to send Douglas a portion of my fees, back in December 2014. I hope we can shake hands and move on. I represented Douglas for approximately eight years. He is a good man. I wish him well in the future. John Muenster”

I filed a Fraud on the Court case with John Muenster as my attorney. John stole the Legal Fund used to pay for the expenses of the case at trial. He is under investigation by the Washington Bar Association for theft of Client Trust Fund accounts. DO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS ATTORNEY.
