Mulhall Family Matters, P.A.

I engaged John Mulhall for pre-marital agreements, and after his long confusing speech in the consultation, he told me he could get it done for $3500. After two weeks his secretary sent me a 9 page templated agreement that had nothing specific to me or my marital situation. It was clearly just a template he used for everyone. I found multiple errors in it, and even a part where it said "since I was an attorney myself" which I'm not, so he clearly just copied it from one of his last clients. Then I asked to have changes made, and he told me my $3500 retainer was up, and it would be another $1500 to make changes. The guy is terrible. I never was able to get agreements in place because this guy took months of my time, and thousands of dollars, and never got me close to an agreement that was suitable for my situation.

Was given non-substantive, philosophical, non-legal advice to bill more hours and charge me more money. Mulhall is big on general talk and small on legal action. Please be wary and find a lawyer who will be honest and efficient and who will get the job done professionally.
