Marvin (I hope that spelling is at least close to accurate) is the WORST. He gives you blatant NO answer when asking to modify a 1 month payment. But ask to talk to someone else to better explain why not, they immediately make the simple adjustment! Not only does Marvin not know the policies he is w to be enforcing, but he is also rude. I have been a hotel manager for almost 10 years and Marvin needs major customer service training!

Unethical, poor customer service. They screen your calls. and their job is making your life miserable.

The worst place to deal with, do not use them for anything! Nobody contacts you back!
