I have tried to resolve a debt due to a lawsuit from ROONEY AND FLYNN. I have contacted this firm a dozen times, for no one to answer my call, or return and of the voicemails I have left. How are you gonna attempt to collect a debt from a person, who is willing to pay- AND NOT ANSWER OR RETURN CALLS???? Do better as a law firm because these are people’s livelihood you are ruining.
How i find out there going to start to garnish money out of my check for a credit card that I supposedly owe from captial one from 2006 and I spoke to captial one and they never use a 3rd party to collect debt
Tried to resolve a debt. No one pick up or returning the call. Been calling for the last week how do you expect to solve this issue. Very poor
They’re so bad they owe me money. Go figure.
They need their practice shut down, they tried collecting on debt I already paid. They had a woman pretend to be an Amazon worker to send my neighbor summons papers. Update: this was also on debt that was already settled with the state, these people signed the papers for the settlement agreement, this should tell you what kind of place they are.
