I remember when I first started my case, the first visit being constantly reassured that My people would be taken care of,and being told just hang in there. I don't usually put my confidence in many people but something told me that we were in good hands especially knowing what the firm had done for people like myself in the past and coming out of it with a win I believed in them. At the same time not really worrying too much about winning just being able to fight for all the right reasons and my people with dedicated people behind us was enough for me. Received just two communications in 5 years on a class action lawsuit. I missed one of the communications which required action on my part by a certain date, resulting in being excluded from the settlement. Did not represent my interests, just wasted time. Look for a better legal representation elsewhere with better (and more frequent) communication.
