Received just two communications in 5 years on a class action lawsuit. I missed one of the communications which required action on my part by a certain date, resulting in being excluded from the settlement. Did not represent my interests, just wasted time. Look for a better legal representation elsewhere with better (and more frequent) communication.

I remember when I first started my case, the first visit being constantly reassured that My people would be taken care of,and being told just hang in there. I don't usually put my confidence in many people but something told me that we were in good hands especially knowing what the firm had done for people like myself in the past and coming out of it with a win I believed in them. At the same time not really worrying too much about winning just being able to fight for all the right reasons and my people with dedicated people behind us was enough for me. The fact that myself and many other relatives came out with the win after all we had been through living in such undesirable conditions and actually be compensated made it more than just a victory it gave us a voice and allowed those who wronged us know we were human and we deserve to be treated as such.Thanks for all the residents who hung in their and also trusted the progress and Thanks so much Murphy, Falcon &Murphy for your time and Dedication and giving us back our dignity we rightfully deserved. Nikoletta Mendrinos, Malcolm Ruff and the rest of the MFM team are very dependable, professional and supportive! They always have your best interest in mind and always deliver.
