Express Legal Services has been wonderful to work with. They are prompt with their service, great with communication, and their rates are competitive with the market. They are definitely my 'go to' company for process service and surveillance in the Atlanta/North Georgia area!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend the services of Rodney J. McClellan and his staff and team at Express Legal Services LLC. I find great comfort in knowing that whatever the task or case/fact specific details involved may be, I never have to worry about making sure Express Legal Services LLC will remain focused on the job requested; and will execute with the utmost professionalism and diligence. Most importantly they keep me informed throughout the entirety of the process; and are able to report back with a detailed account of the pertinent information necessary for me to determine whether I need to take additional measures for my clients. Express Legal provides me with the gift of seemingly creating additional time. The ability to assign a job and then turn my attention to other matters without losing any confidence in knowing that Express Legal is serving and protecting my client's best interests is an invaluable aspect of their services.

Rod and his team at Express Legal Service are excellent. They are quick to get the party served and have a very high success rate at finding defendants... even the ones that are trying to hide! I highly recommend them.

Rod McClellan is far superior to other process servers in Georgia and provided excellent customer service. He is simply the best of the best. Before hiring Mr. McClellan, I hired another process server. This particular process server tried to serve all four of my defendants in the span of two months, but he wasn't able to serve anyone. On my search for another process server, I tried to hire another individual but he backed out at the last minute stating this case 'was too much of a hassle and not worth his time' because it was too difficult. Then, I came across Express Legal Services, LLC and my prayers were answered. Mr. McClellan served all four of my defendants only TWO days after I hired him. If you want your case handled right the first time, please use Mr. McClellan and his excellent staff. You won't be disappointed!
