Reviews

My personal experience with this company has been more than I could ever ask for. As an employee I get to leave a review on the other side of the table. I had major spine surgery in November of 2022. This company and the attorneys involved were so empathetic and understanding of my situation. The compassion and team playing for this firm is beautiful and great to be a part of. I see so many people have a life changing experience and get the benefits they need and deserve. Thank you Trajector for changing my life and allowing me to assist in changing others lives as well.

Overall, decent. Trajector was Myler when I first started. Didn't care for that big of a switch during my case, but they got the job done. There was little for me to do, I liked that. Updates were infrequent, didn't care for that. The people were polite and helpful, ready to answer any questions. I give 3 1/2 stars, but I indicated 4 here since there is no option for half a star. Good luck with your cases.

I contacted Trajector to file a SSA Disability claim in June 2022. I was denied due to not enough work credits. Being that this was all I asked their assistance with and the lack of correspondence with them, I thought our business was over. I have since been submitting my own medical info in myself. Skip to October 2022, out of the blue I receive a random email asking for an update on my current doctors and everything. I'm scratching my head because for one I haven't heard anything from these people since June and I'm wondering why they're asking for my updated medical information. So I contact them and ask what the heck is going on because I thought my business with them was done. I had received not one letter in the mail from them, nor email since June 2022. They informed me that they're still working on my case and I'm asking what case because what I hired you guys for had been denied months ago and if you applied for anything else, I should have be told about it. My phone number changed a couple of months ago and I did not contact them with a new number because I thought to my dealings with them were done. But they knew it wasn't, my home address didn't change nor did my email address, why wasn't I contacted? Why was the last letter I received from them or email back in June? Their attitude about the whole situation is very nonchalant and I have talked to two different people. I told them that if they can't communicate with their clients then I don't want them representing me because I've been doing everything on my own. They act as if they don't even care about the people that they represent or pretend to represent. I said I want a new team because they act like they don't care and not staying in contact clients is not okay. Was told I couldn't do that so I requested to end my business with them. Got the run a round about needing to speak to a supervisor for that and of course the supervise isn't available. I want to be done with them!

I still have not heard from social security if I will receive anything. My case was favorable but that's all I know. Every time I leave a message my case worker never calls me back. I send in the same forms nine times before my case worker said she got them. After I sent them registered mail. I would like the medical records for my husband that I paid for.i feel lost.

Contacted Trajector last of December 2021. They walked me thru the process and handled all documentation needed. I was notified in early August I was approved without any other issues. I'm certain if I had handled this myself it would have easily been 12-24 months before having a conclusion. Bite the bullet, let them handle the documentation and they collect a reasonable fee-based upon the amount owed to you while waiting for approval. It's worth every penny!!!
