I would give Don Nguyen 10 stars if I could. I have hired him twice and both times I was thoroughly satisfied with his work. He is very smart and knowledgeable. He was able to solve some complex real estate issues I had. Don is a good communicator who listens carefully and responds promptly with any questions or concerns I had. DHN Attorney assisted us in many of our real estate transactions. They are very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and very thorough. Don is a great attorney. I truly wish every attorney would care about their clients as much as Don and the firm does.

Don and his Associates are such a lovely group to work with! Their collection efforts are effective, swift and necessary in this economic climate to bring our Association's delinquent accounts, current. I cannot say enough good things about this office. They keep precise records, communicate with the Board regularly and they have a proven track record that allows our Associations to keep delinquencies to a minimum. If you don't pay your HOA dues, you don't communicate with your Boards, you cannot blame the Attorneys for the bill.

I've been the president of a local HOA for over 15 years. During that time I've worked with several law firms when we needed legal assistance; mainly dealing with unpaid dues and homeowner violations. Without naming the previous law firms I have to say that I was not impressed with those; I always felt that our community related issues were just too small for them. When we switched over to a new management company they introduced 3 law firms to our HOA Board; one of them was DHN. We were impressed with their presentation, track records so we decided to hire them. It's been over 2 years and we can't be more satisfied. They handle our legal needs with full attention, professionalism. We needed to update our covenants which is usually a long process; Ryan from DHN kept up with us while we were going through all the changes and requests, we could always count on his knowledge and assistance. Just recently we had to deal with a past due case when the homeowner was facing a possible foreclosure. Ryan handled the case with his full attention and kept the community's interest in focus but at the same time he did everything to find the solution to avoid filing foreclosure. He made sure the case was in progress without any delay while he successfully negotiated the best outcome for the HOA Board. I highly recommend this firm and Ryan for sure!

Don and his team are efficient and thorough. They work with the homeowner to find resolutions that are cost effective for all parties involved. They are professional and respond in a timely manner. I enjoying working with everyone at DHN. They are a great Team!
