Reached our several times in regards to hiring them for assistance with a speeding ticket. On January 17th, I was transfered to a voicemail to leave a message. I left information regarding my ticket and contact number. I was called on later in the day and when I answered, there was nobody on the other end. I called back and left another voicemail. After not hearing back for several days, I called back on January 27th and a lady(possible secretary) answered the phone. I explained to her what had happened and she said she is transferring me to Hailey. I left a voicemail for her and it is now January 29th, 13 days after original contact with still no response. I would advise you to steer clear of this place if you are looking to get things handled in a timely manner.
I recently use this law firm for a home closing in The Galena Territory. It was a breeze to work with them. Most of my contact was with Stacy and she kept me well informed of the process and answered all my questions since I was not attending the closing. If I ever get the chance to move back to the area, I will definitely use them again.
I am not personally using Nack, Richardson & Nack as my attorney, however, they are representing the seller on a home purchase I am making and my review is reflecting that I have always been pleased with my interactions with this office. Everyone I've spoken to has been friendly and helpful even though I'm not currently their client. >> I want to give a very special shout-out to Stacey Heisler, Assistant to Joseph E. Nack, for her professionalism, quick response to inquiries, and understanding!
I hired Tom for my divorce lawyer. He charged $1500 to meet with me maybe twice and draw up some bogus divorce papers. My son nor I as his client were in his best interest at all. He basically did what was easiest for him. I am currently trying to begin mediation with my ex wife because the papers he drew up have been nothing but a nightmare. I have placed at least 10 phone calls to his office, left messages on his voice mail as well as with his secretaries (who are also extremely rude) with no return call for months. I have even stopped in to the office and spoken with him face to face on the continued matter of trying to begin the mediation and he had said he would send the letter out the following week. Well it's been 2 months. The secretaries always say he's out of the office and instantly get an attitude when after being told that for the tenth time you begin to question how it is possible to get ahold of him. I can't even get a simple phone call back to let me know whether I should just hire a new lawyer because he clearly isn't competent enough to handle this. Absolutely horrible business and I would not recommend to anyone. Giving one star he is definitely being over generous.
I engaged with Tom Nack to pursue a judgement on a bad debt. I was assured by them that this would be handled for less than the $1,000 retainer that I paid. Seven months later, I have received no statements, no updates, and Tom has been completely non responsive to voicemail or email, and is conveniently never available. I would not recommend. For a professional services firm they seem to specialize in being unprofessional.
