Said he was going to repeal the defendant case. We paid him and now he doesn’t even answer the phone. Once McGee left this law firm went to hell fast. This lawyer is crooked and takes advantage of peoples misfortune. I wrote the bar about everything he said he was going to do with no action.

On the chase merritt case!!! Michael the brother is guilty. He said it all. I hoped they were vacationing in mexico ( the vehicle was found near U.S Mexican border. He said i hope i dont find them in 2 shallow graves, ( they were found in 2 shallow graves. He also places himself in the area. There should b a new trial. The fact that theres 4 family members but he specifically says TWO shallow graves is just mind blowing and clearly shows he was involved in every way. ???????????????????????

Worst Attorney ever, he lied to me on what he was going to do. He over charged me. He never let me talk. He made me cry. I do not recommend him at all. He will sweet talk you and tell you that he can help you, but once he takes your money all of a sudden your case becomes difficult. He doesn’t even deserve 1 star but if I didn’t click on it. I wasn’t able to post this.

I had a bogus charge that an officer fabricated against me and while it was monetarily costly, the outcome was that I was not convicted of it. I can not say if I would have had the same result with a public defender which is wht I hired Mr. Maline to represent me, and he was able to have it squashed and dismissed..so that cop can go f.o. and play detective with someone else now (to put it mildly).

Mr. Maline and his assistants were the best. Always there to answer our questions. They never gave up on my son . Mr Maline knows what he is doing and made us confident and comfortable. My son was looking at 16 years for something he did not do. He was found NOT GUILTY of all charges because of Mr. Maline and all of his hard work and effort. We will never be able to thank him enough...
