Reviews

Sorry for the late review. I purchased a property at the end of 2018 through Nathan. I found Nathan on internet based on good reviews. I was skeptical at the beginning, but decided to give it a try. I am glad I did. Nathan is very experienced, professional, patient and kind. He charges reasonable fees and is always patient to answer any of my questions. Everything was smooth. If I ever buy or sell another property I will definitely come back to him. He is the man to trust. He earned his reputation. You won’t regret working with him. Thank you Nathan!
If I could I would give him 0 star. This guy sweet talks when he needs you as a client and your money. Once you’re in contract with him, he will not respond to you. You have to call him 10 times for him to respond to you and he never responds to your text like as if he never got it. All these 5 stars reviews are fake reviews made by his paralegal associates. This guy is rude. Google other attorneys and hire the one with 20+ positive reviews. This guy is unresponsive, unprofessional and rude.
Mr Erlich exemplifies a true caring attorney. The moment you become his client he treats you like a family member. That smile is not just for the camera, it's his demeanor; friendly and attentive. Great guy!
I was in a time crunch with some real estate issues, found Nathan online and am glad that I did. He worked with me and helped expedite the process in time for a quick closing. He had a flat rate and went above and beyond on what I needed.
I used Nathan for many years and referred clients to him. I purchased my current home and used him for the closing. He neglected to check the paperwork from the title company which stated my property encroached on town property. When I approached him about this he stated there was nothing he could do and that I should approach my town assemblymen. Obviously that didn’t work out. He stated he was not responsible and if I tried sueing him he would drag it in court for years as he said “I have empty pockets”. So unprofessional and typical of him to deny any wrong doing on his part. Why would anyone purchase a house under those circumstances. He cost me $20,000, which I should have avoided if I had a good lawyer.
