Terrible service, terrible communication. Apparently this is not a new trend as evidenced by previous reviews from as far back as 6 years to present day. I received 2 notifications on the same day one certified and other regular. Both were garnishment notifications. I called and when I finally got a representative, I was rudely told that there were multiple notifications sent since November. However, at the time of this review I have yet to receive any. Also at the time of this review, I have YET to receive any phone calls either. Their payment portal is a scam, I’ve made payments through it but somehow they were not received. Plus currently the mail system is not reliable and delayed. BECAUSE OF THIS TERRIBLE AND AWFUL EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH NATHAN & NATHAN NOR THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR! Really this company should be investigated.

I am experiencing the same issues as I have read several previous reviews. I do believe if everyone wrote to their congressman, senator and the governor we could have them start providing the necessary attention to those of us that need answers,

Completely unresponsive. I've waited almost 2 weeks for a simple email. When you call they won't even let you speak to someone who can simply email a document

I have called 20 times. I have never spoken to a person. I have left 15 voicemails. The last 5 calls, they hung up on me. I was served papers to show up in court. Pathetic.

Latoya Peterson was extremely helpful, very nice, went over everything with me and a great help - I read lots of bad reviews but she was just the opposite- she has made my experience less stressful and she was very respectful
