Sarah Welch was absolutely amazing. Out of all the lawyers I have worked with in the past, she was by far the easiest to get in touch with. I almost always heard back within a few hours at most, which to me, was above and beyond. She was not only incredibly responsive, but also gave me a lot of details, was proactive about my case and all actions leading up to it, and it was very clear that she cared about me and my case, and didn't take it lightly, even though it seemed like it would be a fairly simple win.
