I just completed a bankruptcy filing that was completed just recently and fully dismissed for a disabled relative and Neeley Law just did spectacular job.. This was the first time I have ever completed a bankruptcy but not the first law firm I have attempted to work with for a bankruptcy. I originally contact another BK law firm (one that advertises a lot) about 1.5 years before finding Neely Law. That company provided me a folder with a few print outs and I spoke to them maybe 2 or 3 times briefly via email over a 6 month period while I made monthly payments since I was unable to afford the lump sum amount to fully start my bankruptcy. About 6 months into making payments I ended up becoming laid off and was unable to continue to make the monthly payment but I also didn’t want to lose the money I had already invested so they suggested just pausing the payment until I was able to afford making payments again. Few more months passes and I realized I wouldn’t be unable to resume payments anytime soon and asked for a refund. That other company basically kept all of my money and justified it as the few interactions was still work done - HORRIBLE!!! I was referred to Neely law firm from another lawyer last year around October and this was such a blessing to have been able to work with Neeley law and the team of amazing and kind lawyers and assistants. They are all so friendly, prompt and knowledgeable! Neely law allowed me to not just make payments but literally allows you to complete the BK process while making payments! This entire process has financially freed me so much. The guidance and help they provide is hands down top notch and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone in need of a BK lawyer/team!!
