Took my money and he will file my case in court and the respond within 60 days, 18 months go by didn't file, he kept lies that he filed, he won't return my money, BIG LIER!!!!!!!!! He doesn'tdeserve even one star.

I started our immigration journey with them way back in 2013. I had 3 cases with them and I never had a problem with them. Me and my wife got our permanent resident card this year 2017 and Atty. Nelson and his coworker Andrew helped us a lot. They showed us how much they care about our cases and always gave us straight and sincere answers to our questions which helped made us calm and lighten the load that we were carrying. Words are not enough to describe how good and knowledgeable they are in immigration law and I would definitely recommend potential clients to call now and ask for their advise. There's always no harm in asking.

Had an appointment at 1pm today and got a call verifying said appointment. I wasted about 2:30 hours total and a full days off work to not be able to meet with the lawyer. Staff was truly unprofessional I would have appreciated at least the courtesy of knowing the lawyer wasn’t in on time of appointment. I wouldn’t have minded waiting to see if he where to make it. I got there half and hour early, an hour into waiting I called to get an ETA. Twenty minutes later I was approached by a worker and told attorney wasn’t in yet and he would be calling. 10 minutes later same worker approached me until I asked was I going to be able to see him today I was told I wasn’t and I would received a call from said attorney. It is almost 10pm and I’m still waiting for the stupid call.

Absolutely the worst immigration attorney you could possibly bump into. Messed up my application really badly and almost got deported. What's even worse he is so attached to the money it's so pathetic. He will find any possible type of excuse to not refund even if he admits all his mistakes. He thinks "sorry" is enough. But I don't think so. Especially when not only the job is not done, severe damage is done. Yet Nelson & Associates desperately holds on tight to any cent stolen from poor ignorant illegal immigrants. Also, please make sure that before you hire a lawyer in California you check the state bar website and the license number and all publicly available information. This attorney has been disciplined with probation. Copies of official attorney discipline records are available upon request. He was required within one year of the effective date of the discipline to provide to the Office of Probation satisfactory proof of attendance at a session of the State Bar Ethics School, and passage of the test given at the end of that session.
