Represented us for our closing and the builder... We had a question and the process was halted for a transparent explanation. Process went smooth, courteous, professional. I'd reuse and recommend.
This firm is a bunch of clowns that can't man up to the mistake that they made on our taxes for our closing on our land. They gave us false information, and admitted that they made a mistake. After 3 weeks and tax penalties waiting for them to make matters right, they didn't. They will gladly accept your money but WILL NOT take care of a situation that they are blatantly wrong over. Ive bought and sold many homes over my lifespan and have never been treated so poorly. When I hear a good attorney joke, I'm going to think about Nelson and Galbreath. I cannot wait to tell all my Realtor friends and attorneys the service we received.
Stacey Earnest is truly the best at what she does. She puts her heart into every single closing she works with + strives to give each & every client a 5 star experience! ?
So disappointed that no one can communicate and only makes things harder for their clients. Stacey Earnest was a nightmare and Glenn didn't help. I was straight up harassed by both, and then didn't receive my money, wasn't told that the file closed, no final documents...just lie, after lie. I will never use an office of nelson and Galbreath again. Oh, and Dennis supposedly a managing partner in Myrtle Beach told me he would help, and I think it made it worse. I don't understand how lawyers can get away with what they do.
Double thumbs down experience. We placed our house on the market and this is whom the buyer chose to work with , so we had no choice in the matter. Man , what a let down. We had ALL of our ducks in a row for day of closing and whatever this company requested , we delivered. We went to close and the paralegal dropped the ball on the paperwork ; the paperwork that we had just asked her about a few days prior ; we were assured it was taken care of. It wasn’t. The attorney just brushed it off and they requested that we call the bank. We were never really apologized to us or even really treated like we mattered as clients. The attorney just went back to his office and then we had to go look for him when we finished our call with the bank. The office staff was zero h. Th. They seemed like they just wanted to stare at their computer and not speak. They didn’t even greet us with a “hello” or “ good bye “ . The attorney finally came back in said a few words and then left. They never told us we could leave or offered a hand shake or anything. I had to ask my realtor “ are we done ?” Thank God for her , she is the only one who seemed to know what was going on and didn’t even work there. Please , thank you , I’m sorry and a kind smile go a long way with me … this place obviously is just all about money. They even got our paperwork wrong again. They gave us three different sets of numbers of what our take home would be (from the sale of the house ) over a period of 12pm-7pm. My husband had to speak up and keep telling them , this isn’t correct. Meaning they were trying to give us too much and we were being honest and forth coming, saying no , this isn’t right. They kept forgetting to add in all the information, which was all given to them prior. Everyone makes mistakes and I get that things happen but this company was not even kind or willing to take responsibility for their part. RUDE and sad. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. - Butler Rd Greenville , SC branch … do better.
