Nelson Law Firm, PLLC is an awesome firm, one of the best in the Triad for real estate transactions for sure! They are dependable, communicate effectively and work quickly and promptly to close your deal. We always have a smooth transaction when using them and if there are any tittle issues or things of that nature they communicate well and help to resolve such issues in a timely manner.

We have closed 100s of investment transactions between Charlotte Metro and the Triad. We've used various attorneys but Nelson Law has been the best by far. He is quick and effective when it comes to closing transactions, especially investor closings. Unlike other attorneys he actually does his job without us having to consistently follow up and do their job for them. If you're an investor you know how time consuming title work and coordination can be. There's no fluff at all, it's just down to business which is how we like it. He communicates effectively and actively reaches out for assistance on the rare occasions he needs it. He's a very practical and effective problem solver. He's a nice guy but he's about his business which is probably where the misconception about attitude comes from. He will handle his part, so as long as you and your agent handle your part it will be the smoothest transaction you've ever had.

If I could give a zero I would. This guy doesn't have the best mood to start with, then he will wait until the day before closing, after telling you that there are no worries and no problems, that he can't close. Please don't waste your time.
