I have worked with this law firm on several occasions, the work and diligence provided by this firm has been exceptional. Attorney Brant has gone over and above all expectations to ensure favorable outcomes in my legal affairs.

My 19-year old great grandson committed a criminal act unaware it was a crime. He was arrested. A guilty conviction for this type of felony carries 20-year prison sentence followed by probation. He did not deny his guilt. Also there were witnesses. Bail was denied and no plea offered. My legal service informed me that finding a lawyer to defend him would be difficult and expensive. Our hope of any help was shattered. Attorney Charles Brant, who was recommended, was at first somewhat hesitant. He said that my grandson's chances of avoiding the sentence was slim. However, out of sympathy for my grandson and my family he agreed and promised to do his best. His best was all that we asked. Being a god-fearing and honest man he also suggested that we pray to our God for help. After several months of going to court and no no trial date being set, Mr Brant asked the State to have my grandson examined by a psychologist. The State agreed and allowed Mr. Brant to select the doctor and my family paid the financial cost. After reading the doctor's report and taking into consideration her recommendations, the State reduced the guilty sentence to a 10-year probation (giving credit for 13 months jail time served), no additional confinement; a $1000 fine; monthly psychological doctor's evaluations for 15 m0nths; no criminal charges on record now and if no additional offenses during probation, the record would be erased. We are overjoyed with the results. Attorney Brant is an excellent lawyer and a great negotiator. He and his office-staff, especially Betty, his secretary, were always available to calm our fears and worries. They were very sympathetic. I thank my God for sending us to him. I highly recommend him.

I have used Atty Brant for many legal situations over the years. He's always been responsive, professional, and expedient. Most importantly, I feel that his results far surpassed any other attorney's ability when it comes to negotiating a criminal case. Also, I appreciate that he doesn't nickle and dime me to death like other legal professionals. I never have to worry about a phone call costing me another $200 or so! Anyone that disagrees probably didn't like his candor at their situation. He's great at being transparent and realistic with every case.

I have to disagree with my mother-in-law's review. I love her dearly and I understand the hurt that she is feeling. It was her brother, but it was also my uncle. In my opinion, Attorney Charles Brant did an excellent job at defending my uncle. I think we should place the blame where it needs to be, and that is with the parties responsible for falsely accusing him. One of the alleged victims admitted on the witness stand that she did not make any claims against him, that it was her mother that said all of the things the court was trying to accuse him of, and the jury still convicted him, although they initially came back 3 times undecided. The verdict was out of the Attorney's hands and I don't see where he could have done anything different to represent my uncle any better. In the end, the conviction was overturned because the court was eventually able to see all of the inconsistencies and lies on behalf of the alleged victim, which were pointed out by Attorney Brant. He helped them to see that my uncle was not guilty. He is an exceptional Attorney and this is not the only case that I have seen him litigate. I believe that the righteous will reveal. There is only is only a 5% overturned conviction rate in the country in a trial courtroom and my uncle's was one of them.

We know that an attorney is paid to do a job. Mr. Brant also cares about his clients. He would call to check in on me, even when he didn’t have any updates on my personal injury case. I will definitely recommend him to others. Thank you guys so much (for everything).
