If I could give 0 I would yall don’t waste your time and don’t be a fool for it he literally been working on my case for 3 years for things that he said I shouldn’t even been going to court for lord for bid you to show frustration because if you’re talking to his wife, which is his secretary, you will get your message taken down and you will not hear back from them. I talk loud and my voice is deep so he dropped me after paying all that money to him Bec my voice as she said I was yelling asking what I’m going to court for then tell what she going for knowing we all going to court for different things but that is like the judge wife is a prosecutor vice versa I ain’t never seen him Win a case especially with legal documents yall don’t waste yall money they should really take his bar because he sucks

This man has no confidence or actual ability. Completely incompetent. Told us he was changing the court time to fit his schedule, but failed to do so. We arrived at court at the time he told us, but we were not on the docket. Before court we had to explain to him again why he was there. He acted as if he'd never talked to us before. He failed to speak on our behalf. Simply told the judge he wanted to leave it to her discretion. Did not push to allow taking traffic school as part of sentencing as we requested. He literally stuttered and mumbled a few sentences and we left with the same outcome we would have gotten if we hadn't dished out the money. Then he had the audacity to say he didn't know if the charge would take points from the client' license. Waste of money.

We were given great advice to use him. Not once did he use the evidence we provided. He never answers or returns calls. We have now lost all our money and our case was completely ruined. He told us the first hearing that he should have been more aggressive. Only to sit back and let the other party win. We will NEVER use this man again. I recommend that NOBody use this man! His office needs ro be shut down!

David Newell ruined my and my Granddaughters lives. I'm raising my granddaughter on a fixed income, and we lived in government housing, when Mr. Newell advised us to leave our home after 7 years. He said we weren't safe there, that the local Police wanted to "put me in a cell without a camera!" He told me that he was going to file a Civil Lawsuit sharing the Police Department, and even drew up the papers, had me pay him, and sign and notarize the papers. Only to inform me, after we were rendered homeless, because we trusted him and took his advice, that he didn't think we had a case after all. He never returns your calls or messages, is extremely passive in court, is lazy and will do none of the work for you case. He will expect you to do all the research. To be honest, I don't think he's even very bright, and he definitely lacks the confidence one would need to represent anyone in court. I don't know how he even passed the bar. Don't use him, don't hire him, dune refer your friends to him. He's a loser.

I thank David is a awesome lawyer. At least he doesn't work for the state of Missouri and go against you. I think he's a good lawyer
