WORST lawyer you will ever come across. When my Dad died and I was at my most vulnerable, this disgrace of a man decided he didn’t want to deal with the complications of settling my fathers estate. So what did he do? He kept my father’s original will and would not give it back until I gave him $10,000. Montalto and his staff made up a bunch of phony charges, and used the original will to blackmail me into paying him. My back was up against the wall and I had absolutely no choice but to give him the money. Don’t make the same mistake I did, run far away.

Ellen came by rep. Mr Montalto office, She made a simple will for my 99 year old who wanted to add me to it, She ask mom multi questions that was to Ellen liking, Mom not wearing her glasses as being pressured from a mean drunk daughter, Mom signed not perfectly do to her fall the night before, She is slow at 99, More slow and in pain after fall. Mom signed it as Ellen quickly ask me foe $350.00 cash, i LIKE A RECIEPT, My sister bitching threw out the entire meeting half hour, Ellen said she will return next day? My sister called her 2-3 times to convince her that mom has dementia, These two drunk sisters had much to lose, Mom MYSELF AND ANOTHER SISTER MARY WAS THINKING THERE BE A MEETING THE NEXT DAY AS ELLEN SAID, She refuse to show up rudely tell me she not giving me nothing! What happen to the $350.00 i paid you, You not going to have the will signed by me! will now hire another lawyer in hope to return my money? I AM ON SSI DISABILIY, Senor citz, Not working. Please give me the will or my money? I will go to the Bar Assoc. and the judicial committee with my new lawyer and make this personal along with some new bills and a major mess if my loving passes away because your firm is liars and very unprofessional! Ps What my drunk sisters have to do with this case was lie to you about collecting money that she never gave you, They have NO SAY OF OUR MOTHERS WILL THAT I PAID YOU IN CASH. This is Glenn I NOT LIKE TO GET RIPED OFF! I also keep promises, Finely you say it be a month to talk to Mr. Montalto, I have to wait a month to talk to the boss. Why you keep lieing? We seen video phone and I tape recorder, This is our mothers choice, She seen the change in her drunk daughters. Mom is aloud to change her will. Maybe your in to much pain? Time for you to retire or go back to school. Our lawyer will be in touch this week! You will pay any and all expenses! We only want our mothers will that I paid cash.
