If there was a zero that’s what my rating would be. The start of the process was pretty okay, a lot of following up. Mistakes were made in filing documents, meetings were scheduled and the assistant canceled without any notification after insisting on having the scheduled meeting, the assistant was notified, she returned to the office in the middle of the meeting very disgruntled, no apologies. Unfair, unjust and disappointing settlement.

I highly recommend Nickelsporn and Lundin. Their staff (lawyers and paralegals) were extremely diligent during my father's case. He was not at fault for his accident, and was injured. The other side tried to make a ridiculous claim that my father was at fault, and the entire team at Nickelsporn and Lundin got work. They debunked the other driver's claim, and made sure my elderly father's injuries were taken care of. My father made a full recovery, and the team at Nickelsporn and Lundin made sure his expenses were taken care of. The whole team made my family feel safe, taken care of, and most importantly--they delivered.
