I hired Mr. Nickerson to file a quiet title action for me over 8 months ago and still have not received resolution on the matter. I have made numerous calls to the office and get no response. I leave messages for him to call, no response.The retainer fee went out like clockwork and nothing else seems to happen. I HIGHLY recommend using someone else as you are wasting valuable time and money here.

We paid his retainer up-front. Got sick and was hospitalized and in stabilization for over a year, when we were stabile enough to proceed, he never returned calls. Finally after weeks of trying to get ahold of him, he wants another retainer fee and did absolutely nothing for us. Terrible attorney, and terrible person in general for doing that. There are other attorneys, call bales, leppley, and rueben. Call Simasko law, don’t make the same mistake we did and save yourself some time and money.

Mr. Nickerson is very knowledgeable regarding all matters of family law, estate planning, bankruptcy, personal injury, criminal matters, etc. He takes the time to explain the legal process to his clients. I was completely satisfied with his services in my case. Mr. Nickerson gets my recommendation.
