They lied to me then changed their tone when I caught the lie. Next day they tried to blame the ‘misunderstanding’ on the loan company. When I called them out again, referring to an email from a month prior, Ms Darby tried to brush it off. Never did she apologize for lying! I would avoid this company if you have the choice.

Ms. Darby and her team were exceedingly helpful. They walked us through the VA refi process and were always quick to respond to emails and calls. Highly recommend!
