Called James Nieberding and ask him to file a small claim. He said he would and in a few days I received the paper work with the date and information need. The day before the court date I received an email from James telling me that "Clerk docket STILL does not show certified mail service return"nHe told me that they have to-re-issue summons and complaint. nBecause of his diligence this saved me time knowing this information before going down on the wrong day. nnWent to small clams court with James Nieberding won the small claims. nnWill use James in the future when ever I need an attorney. nnPeggy Bartl
