Terence Niehoff, from my experience of having a case with him is one of, if not the best lawyers in St Louis. I was quoted by other lawyers $5000 or more than what Mr. Niehoff accepted my case for. He knows the law really well and has an outstanding rapport with the Judges, Defendants and Prosecutors. I was facing time and he was able to get my charges dropped and get my probation discharged. I would definitely recommend him and this is coming from someone that was just in the system. Once again probably the most reasonably priced lawyer in St. Louis and no doubt one of the best.

I wouldn’t suggest nor refer anyone to Thomas Peterson or Terence Niehoff. Peterson has a very aggressive attitude toward his clients and speaks from a prosecutor point of view as if he is pro prosecutions. Niehoff is a no show and refuses to contact his clients regarding their case. From my personal experience Niehoff and Peterson has not done anything that a public defender can not do. I feel as if I wasted my time and money and I gambled with my freedom using them.
