Susan helped my brother and I with my sisters estate. Her knowledge of trust law helped us in administering her estate in a faster and easier manner. Thanks Susan. We would recommend your services to anyone. Mel and David Demers

Susan Tomita was extremely helpful with the Trust paperwork that we needed to have done for my husband. She explained the process and gave suggestions of what should be done next to help him qualify for a program that we are trying to get him into. She drew up POAs for us and clarified items that we were unsure about. Ms. Tomita is very efficient and she's always available. She's very nice and so helpful. I would recommend her without any reservations! In fact, it was the Senior Citizen's Law Office that recommended her to me.

Several years ago, Ms. Tomita helped my mother and me with my mother's will. She was so helpful and everything went smoothly. Upon my mother's death it was a comfort to have everything resolved. My husband and I have recently moved back to New Mexico and Ms. Tomita was my remembered lawyer to draw up our wills. She is wonderful and very efficient. Her manner is warm and inviting and she is a problem-solver. I highly recommend her services!

We have used Susan to help set up guardianship for our disabled daughter and also to update our wills and other related documents. So easy to work with and very good advice on the best way to accomplish our goals

I work with attorneys everyday and in every field of law. Had this choice been left up to me, Susan Tomita would have been my last choice. She is extremely slow at returning calls and does not represent the deceased but rather the executors wishes. So my sister and my mother's family had taken things before she died. When my mother was hospitalized, everyone had access to the house. When my mother did die, I was instructed to take what I wanted. Though no monetary value was assessed to anything and a lot of it had no value, they were my mom's and I wanted them with me, not strangers. They held emotional value to me. When the settlement came around, my sister took items I didn't even have and put them into a sheet. She then put her own value on them based on eBay and Craigslist SALES price. Not the sold price and not the devslyed price. I could have taken a cotton ball and she could day there was a cotton ball online for $1000 and that was assessed to me! No valuation was ever done. No photos of what I did have. No assessment on what everyone else had. It did not matter though. Susan and my sister decided that's how it was, end of story. All the jewelry, land, house, car just gone. I attempted to tell Susan that's not how things are done, to no avail. It was up to me to get an attorney in New Mexico to pull the case from probate court to Superior and I had 30 days to do it. Do NOT allow this "attorney" to represent anyone or anything you care about!
