I met with Dan two years ago for my initial consultation. I was so impressed with his presence, how he listened and understood my circumstances. At the time, when I walked away, I didn't have peace in my heart to move forward with filing for divorce just yet. However, two years later and zero improvement in my marriage, I knew I needed representation throughout my divorce, so I called Dan up and asked for another consultation. I was blown away at the fact that he not only remembered me, but much of my circumstances, and still had his notes from our first meeting two years ago. As one would imagine going through a divorce is not an easy process -mentally, emotionally, or legally. However, after finding Sarah and Daniel, the legal portion became the easiest part. Anyone who thinks an attorney doesn’t enjoy getting paid is just naive. You don’t go to college for 7 years to make 20,000$ a year. Keep it real. Mr. Noffsinger is the most professional and understanding attorney I’ve ever met. He doesn’t call all the time, he has his secretaries call because...well I’d rather pay 10$ for a phone conversation versus 200$ for a phone conversation. Dan took on my complicated case and gave me such hope and help with dealing all aspects of the divorce and child custody suit. His office staff was also very supportive, encouraging and always there for me when I needed help or advice. I could not have gone through this without them. In court, Dan explained every aspect of the proceedings, so I was comfortable and less stressed. He also took the time to talk to people who had come to support me, or be a witness.
