He's awesome legal child advocate, but he doesn't have a winning personality. He's rude, abrupt, condescending and abrasive. If you want a pitbull when it comes to representing the kids, he's great.

Norbert Higgins was a law guardian for my child. While in court, I looked over and saw him opening and reading his mail while people were giving testimony. The judge asked him a question, and he answered, "I'm sorry your honor, I wasn't paying that much attention". I was literally standing probably 5 to 10 feet away and could not believe he was representing my child.
