After years of paying premiums, I found my car had been damage during the night. From the start I was treated with nothing but accusations and suspicion. I was made to feel like I was on trial. My claim was denied after a lengthly process of "investigation" without ever having come out and spoken to us in person. The rep was not truthful and insulted us on many occasions. They have insulted our integrity and character and because of this, I find myself searching for a better company and having to take legal action. Not only was I victimized by the person that damaged my car, I feel victimized by this insurance company.

Had a claim from the recent Noreaster - tree fell and damaged both my garage and my car. Claim rep was helpful. She kept things moving and the claim was settled pretty quick.

I don't recommend this company for homeowners or condo insurance. Everything is great until you have a claim. First they ignore you for weeks and then they hire bully adjusters to harass you out of getting enough to do the repair. This is what you're paying for: Bullies, harassment, and fighting over every penny so you can't recover from your loss.
