When I needed a lawyer to review time sensitive real estate documents, I was referred to Norma. The house I was going to purchase had some permit issues and I felt pressured into signing documents that I was uneasy about. I called Norma and I immediately felt at ease. She took the time (during the holiday season) to answer my many frantic calls and emails. She is a knowledgeable, careful and tough attorney. She managed the situation and ensured I avoided what could have been a costly mistake. I am so grateful for all her help.

One of the most unprofessional companies I have worked with. Never replied timely on emails, we had to chase down everything. Very Unorganized asking for things they had received months prior. They were also supposed to do my clients seller docs, seller agreed to their extremely high price, $1000 over what another is doing to for now, then three days before closing they said they retracted their offer and cannot do it as it was too much work. We had to get an extension as we thought all the while they were working on everything turns out they did not follow up on anything and had the go ahead to do so 11 days prior. Their lack of timely follow up and consideration almost killed a deal and caused issues among 6 sellers. This was the most stressful transaction I have had due to them. I would never recommend this office.
