I would not recommend at all. Was referred through the affordable service though the courthouse. He charged$1800 for my petition for custody telling me that would take care of it. He didn't even get my case heard in court. After months of no help I went to ask for my papers back and a refund. He refused at the time and said he would send me a breakdown of services later at which time I found out he was charging $360 per hour. He didnt get me anymore contact with my children and allowed opposing council to delay proceedings with multiple continuances. He was slow and untruthful. He charged for time to talk with me while I can easily prove is a lie. He should not be allowed to practice law. He knows nothing of the UCCJEA federal laws and cares nothing about outcome.
