Bad Experience! First, they would not tell me the price over the phone. I asked and she said, "we'll cover that in class", and hung up on me. Then, they charged me for time I could not use the service. They back charged me since I received my license and refused to prorate it to the time I had access to the MLS. Later, I had became inactive, and NORMLS canceled my access to the service. They refused to give me my money back or access to the service. I had almost six months of no service that I had paid for. When I complained, all they said was, the company policy says no refunds. I did not want a refund. I wanted access to the service. THEY cancelled it, and kept my money. That seems dishonest to me.
