I want to take this time to thank Lawyer Pia North and her EXCELLENT !!!team. Especially, MANDY, (Paralegal) , for getting me through one of the most difficult and stressful times of my life. They always answered phones, questions, and concerns. They are efficient, competent, and professional. I was not just a number but a real person. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this law firm. My son called them based on an agency recommendation. Foreclosure was scheduled for Friday the 21st. North Law scheduled a phone meeting for Wednesday June 19. They don’t call nor are they even in the office. Try again Thursday. One day before auction. Son is told fill out paperwork and get all in before 3 pm. Paperwork in, not enough time to get the money together ($1k) if they had kept their word about the appointment on Wednesday we wouldn’t be facing homelessness!!! Do not recommend!

Ms. North is currently my bankruptcy attorney. I was having a great experience up until recently. In the last month I have sent 3 emails and text messages and still have not gotten any response. I'm thinking about changing attorneys.

They were recommended to me by somebody me who used them before and was able to get help. I’ve called on multiple occasions attempting to get assistance. I’ve filled out their forms more than once and I never hear back. The times I’ve called I’m rushed off the phone and whoever I speak with doesn’t seem to know what’s going on. I even received a text saying to “give them just a minute” and still nothing. Last time I spoke to someone I was told they were too busy. That was over 10 days ago. When I spoke to the person who recommended them and compared experiences they were nothing alike smh. I will be seeking assistance elsewhere
