Northland Elder LAW

We went to elder law today and updated some of our legal documents today that were originally done by Kara that she had done for us about 10 years ago. She is very knowledgeable with elder law that is her specialty. We are so glad that we went, laws change and it's very important to have the right paperwork when you need it thank you Kara for for explaining everything and filing all of the necessary paperwork with the county etc.

My wife and I recently hired Kara T. Burgess and Northland Elder Law to consult and prepare legal documents, including our Wills and Trust. Kara is a very professional, knowledgeable, and trusted person. Her years of experience were evident as we formulated a plan for our care at life's end and the distribution of our assets after our deaths. I feel that our lives and assets are now properly protected and I highly recommend Kara and her firm.

Kara helped us with Mom's planning a few years ago. Her help was invaluable. Now she is helping with Dad's planning. Kara is very good at what she does and she is good to work with. The nursing homes I have talked to have all indicated that she is the best choice for a lawyer when it comes to making plans for a nursing home. I would give her a higher rating if I could.

Cassie was very patient with us. She was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what we needed to do to make changes in our trust and do those changes in the most economical way. We really appreciated all the time she spent with us. She also spent additional time showing us how to protect our assets if we were to need long term care at some time.
