Getting any information from them is like pulling teeth, but they go out of their way to harass you for payment. My results were acceptable but their service is really questionable and at this point I don't trust their professionalism one bit. I would recommend looking elsewhere. Many of these 5 star reviews honestly seem fake to me.

I love the people at NW Debt Relief! Bankruptcy is a really stressful situation and to have knowledgeable and friendly people to help you is fantastic! Fred is highly unprofessional. He can barely schedule an appointment and when he does he leaves out major details and makes last min changes.

They were fast efficient, smart, easy to work with and VERY affordable. Took the pain out of the process and made it simple to get back on track rebuilding my credit.
