Of course they could use more staff and money, but they do well with what they have. I do feel that assistance is probably more common with extensive proof/value. I agree that probably makes it easier, would be nice if there were more funds for them to assist more people. All 3 of our attorneys & assistants here were awesome!

Terrible it took 3 weeks to talk to these people my friend recommended them said they would be able to help come to find out all they did was waist my time sensitive situation and hang up on me

They were no help at all.. Actually the lawyer that was appointed to me told me there was nothing he could do to help with the eviction after telling me that there was. Then couldn't even respond back to me about what the other lawyer said after telling me I should be waiting for his call. The call I never got.

Seeing help for my mother-in-law with dementia, after get husband passed away. Nothing but an endless run around to eventually be told there is no help available.
