I would highly recommend you to work with NYIS Law firm if you need help with your work visas. They helped my wife get her work visa transfer case approved several years ago (very unusual situation with RFE), so this time when I had to transfer my work visa given a very tight timeline, I chose them again. And my case was filed effectively and got approved within a month (see pic enclosed, no premium processing!!) I also let my new hires work with them now.

I wish i knew their law firm few years back. I was planning to apply my employment green card in year 2021. I looked for a famous immigration law firm in Chinatown. I did not know why they kept asking me to wait. I have waited for 2 years only they informed me that they could not make it.
