I am a US ARMY VETERAN, who fell upon some unexpected events in my life in 2020. I found this firm online, and explained my situation to Vincent Obrien after speaking with their paralegal, Kevin. This was in January of 2020. It is now November 2020, my case is still not resolved. I had to pay $15,000 to a Trustee becauce Alice Solomon, who I met before my hearing, had no clue what was going on with my case. I borrowed the money and paid the trustee by Sept 19,2020. I called the office to ask about my discharge, and these attorneys, who I paid to represent me and possibly ease the pain, have no clue when I will recieve the discharge to my case. They have zero communication skills,zero empathy and ZERO NEGOTIATION skills!! I am writing and calling my Congressman and I am filing an official complaint with the Florida Bar Association.

They make me pay to go through credit counseling course. (Lost money) Then I start getting contacted by creditors. I call them and person on phone tells me my credit course expired and my case was dropped. I contact another person who tells me my case now wasn’t dropped, they want more money. I said I want my money back since they did NOTHING. Won’t return money so now I have another attorney in works to get lost money. Ridiculous! Beware!!!!

Not professional at all. They take your money and don’t do what you want them to do. They both don’t know anything about Bankruptsy. You go and think you’re going to get things dismissed but then you lose everything you had. Please do not go by them.
