This whole process was a waste of time. My attorney never gave correct information and kept pushing me to small claims court instead of assisting me. Paid money to get the same answers that I had on my own. Very disappointed in the service provided through this law firm. Please look elsewhere as they will not assist properly.
Jamie Grieger was very rude he only listens to responds not to understand he interrupts you while talking. He is very rude. He gave me racists vibes. He is ignorant. I would not recommend
We wanted help regarding a business venture . We paid them monthly through legal shield, the attorney whom we use to talk to was very impatient with us and did not give the right answers for our questions. Will never recommend them to anyone
Ok, Ltd, blows hot and cold. They appear to have some good attorneys, and they have some that really appear to be competent AND have good legal skills. I write this as a member of PPL who has been paying a monthly fee for years. In the area of family law, some of the attorneys didn't know the area being discussed very well, case law, IRS taxes, and simply wanted to put the issue of "closing the intake number" out. I would particularly mention attorney James Bolen (in the area of divorce/family law) as being very good. Update 4/10 - Got a speeding ticket (construction area). Okoon local attorney got it pled down to a parking ticket -no points. Update - 9/22 - had a problem with service at the local Lexus dealer, my engine was totaled due to a poorly done oil change. Dealer refused to take responsibility, Okoon sent them a letter with a deadline, they agreed to replace my engine - to "make me whole".
I received services from O'Koon + Hintermeister for my wills and POA, stellar service. I can't say enough positive things about my experience, thank you so much.
