I have been trying to be a client since July, I have reached out numerous times that I have not received my new client package and have been ignored. I called today and Stacy seemed to care less about the situation and if this is how I am treated I am going elsewhere and will make sure your company is not recommended here at my location any longer.
Tom and Liz were in charge of my WC case. They knew the laws and answered my questions. They kept me in the loop, so I never had to worry. They will have your back.
Spoke to a paralegal who reviewed my issue, informed me an attorney would give a free phone consult. Attorney called we spoke about 45 minutes. At end of conversation, told me he would be accepting the case, a packet would be mailed to me requiring my signatures. Nearly two weeks goes by, attorney calls, apologeticly tells me packet with documents going out to me, just sign and return. As of today over 3 weeks later, no packet. Going with a better firm that doesn't lie about simple basic stuff
Scott O’Mara is the most experienced and knowledgeable attorney when it come to worker’s compensation representation which is a must. Anyone that has been injured by a permissibly self insured City, County or similar will soon realize the first three steps the adjuster assigned to to “assist you” are to delay, deny (in 50% of cases) and finally bury you in worker’s compensation paperwork requiring time and specialized knowledge to get what your fully entitled to.
Whenever I call, the secretary is rude, doesn't say who she is, then transfer you to a voice mail. Can never get anything accomplished at this place. My friends warned me not to do business there. Guess I will be taking my business elsewhere.
