If I could give this play zero stars, do not I I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE HERE. I moved here on January first 2023. They gave me a check in list which till this day has not been resolved. I got a leak in my apartment exactly a week ago and they are not doing anything to try to help and fix it because of the leak now I have mold, festering underneath my carpet and they are not doing anything about it. I am in the process of hiring a lawyer. Management has an awkward energy and does not look you in the eyes. They avoid you any chance they get and do not give you updates on when or how your problems will be fixed. You are better off moving somewhere else. Look at these pictures.

Best decision I made was to move to Oak Plaza. Super convenient location, comfortable, affordable apartment, management and staff have been super kind, professional, helpful and responsive from the very first day. Instantly felt like home, and has been now for 3 years and counting ????. The current manager, Eduardo, maintains the tradition of excellent service.

I just moved I have like 3 weeks, and everything has been good, the procedures to move were super fast, the manager Eduardo was super attentive and professional he attended in the best possible way, the apartment is super nice and cozy, the facilities are very comfortable. Moving was a nice and pleasant experience ever ???? I’m happy with my new apartment and new neighbors ????????

Eduardo Concepcion has been nothing but extremely helpful and kind from the very beginning! I relocated from DC and had short notice to find a place for my new job. Since I walked in he’s provided excellent communication, and hospitality. After moving in, I had silly little questions that I would text. He would always respond (even when on vacation out of the country) in a timely manner. It’s always a extra bonus when the staff treats you like a true family member. Even the residents I live with all have been kind.

I lived here for 4 years and it was honestly the best place I have rented from. There is one or two property managers, one maintenance man and they keep the place running impeccably. For the area, my rent was always lower than average and usually that comes with some kind of drawback, but I can honestly say this place had none. My A/C went out in my second year and they replaced the whole thing within a few days. I literally never had a single bug in my place. Everything worked seamlessly. I read some posts about deposits not coming through, but within a few weeks of leaving, my deposit was mailed and already in my account. Thank you for giving me a great stress free place to live for 4 years.
