Reviews

The COAG's office is, at minimum, aware of the systematic racketeering going on in the Colorado legal system. Judges, magistrates, attorneys, and 3rd party professionals are on the take. Attorneys bribe judges and 3rd parties to circumvent the law and they're now so brazen about it (indicating that they believe there is no way to hold them accountable) that they're doing it right out in the open. The Colorado judicial system, under Chief Justice Boatright, has devolved into organized crime. I just observed Arapahoe District Court Judge Toussaint dismiss two cases I filed without bothering to wait for them to be briefed. These were not improperly filed, they were not missing necessary elements, they were not frivolous, they were trivial to prove to a jury because the evidence is so abundant and unambiguous. Nevertheless, the defendants (one of which is Jefferson County) apparently filed their responses (including filing full motions) to the court, they signed their certificates of service that they were serving me their filings, then...just didn't bother to send them. While these filings require the judge to wait for a response, he instead unilaterally responded, overturning precedents already set by other state district courts and even the appeals court. There's no possibility the defendants or Mr. Toussaint believe they are acting in a legitimate fashion, so this quickly raises the question why a judge would deliberately ignore procedure and law? Because the defendants paid him to do so. I've been watching this go on throughout the CO court system for the last 6 years. It isn't subtle. But I'm being generous with the COAG: I'm aware (because I've seen the complaints myself) that many complaints have been filed against judges and magistrates alleging corruption, racketeering, shake-downs. Since illegal payments cannot be documented as what they are, we can safely assume that attorneys are hiding these payments as billable hours or something else. Based on financial documentation I've received, it appears the cost of a judicial favor (at least from Judge Toussaint) is $5000. That's: Racketeering, bribing a government official, wire fraud, and money laundering--at minimum, and the Jefferson County Attorney's office is part of the conspiracy to commit these crimes. They are not denying it. Judge Toussaint does not deny accepting bribes. Judge Pilkington does not deny accepting bribes. Their staff does not deny these judges are accepting bribes. This is a massive RICO scandal right out in the open and, since the COAG knows about it and is doing nothing, not even taking an interest in the complaints filed, it stands to reason the COAG is also taking a cut. It's certainly not unusual for organized crime to pay off law enforcement. I can't say for certain that is occurring, but what I have observed directly: Judges are being paid off by attorneys trying to circumvent the laws and procedures of the state. Law enforcement (district attorneys and the COAG) have received many complaints about this and have done nothing. Time to get the FBI involved.
Well I have to say seeing these reviews is extremely disheartening and concerning. I was told to contact CAGO to help with a very fraudulent and severe situation that has literally devestated my life. I sincerely hope contacting them does not shred the last bit of hope I have left.
It’s hurtful and shocking to want to learn more about the legal system come here to look at reviews and realize the people are suffering, not sure if it’s lack of knowledge tiresome days or lack of passion I hope Colorado can regain our footing in fairness and equality. Sometimes we’re trying to look at the bigger picture and not really looking at details. Mental health is a big problem in Colorado one of the front lines of drug use medical issues, etc. Coming together with Community without enabling would be the future.
COAG is the problem. They are criminal defense attorneys that protect a corrupt system. They in no way work for the people. They sit there and do nothing to protect the people, justice or the truth. They harm the people of Colorado just like the people they protect. We deserve better.
Phil Weiser is not a Coloradoan, he is not from here and does not represent the majority of landowners in the state. He represents the woke liberal policies that have been shown to be wasteful and fraudulent. A poor excuse for someone in the position he is in. As a retired law enforcement voter I'm ashamed of him and his actions.
