I really wish I could rate this place a zero. I am so upset I have been coming here for years to get things printed. But today I was told they don't print thing anymore when I pressed the issue the employee admitted that he didn't know how. When I explained the usually have me send an email to print it out he said that should work. After I sent it I waited up to 45 minutes for it to print and it never did. The entire time I had to beg the employee to please keep refreshing and checking the email. He tried several attempts to get me to leave the store saying he would just call when it was ready. I explained how important it was to me and that I would rather wait. The. He proceeded to tell me he had other things to do so when I did take a seat to wait he started to bad mouth me to another employee. I ask him just to delete my file when it did come in and left as I was walking out I hear him mutter whatever. This wasn't some young kid either this was an older adult working the counter. I was appalled. I will not be returning here again I will take my business somewhere else from now on. If you are considering using them for printing needs I would suggest looking else where.
DO NOT get your phone screen repaired here. They bent the corner of my iPhone SIM card drawer and then claimed they couldn't get the old screen off and I'd just need to come get the phone. When I came to get it, it was visibly dented along the bottom where they had presumably tried to pry off the screen. So now I can't use my phone at all because the SIM drawer won't close all the way. Nevermind the fact that they simply can't do a job they advertise that they can do ("repair cracked screens"). It's more like "maybe we can repair it, but maybe not." For real, even if you have to wait a few days, or pay a bit more, take your cracked screen to Apple to repair!!
The employees were super friendly and Amazingly Helpful!
Great customer service. Good prices.
Didn't find what I wanted, but was able to get something usable
