By far one of the worst legal experiences I’ve ever encountered. The lies and deceit are without interruption. Consistently unprepared, unresponsive and unprofessional. Disbarment is the inevitable end for this con artist. God willing sooner than later. Save yourself the inconvenience.

If you care about your family, don't go here. If you want to have a shot at winning your case, don't go here. Lies. Lies. And, more lies. One of the most incompetent lawyers I have ever met. I can't believe the lack of professionalism, truthfulness, cooperation, communication, and disrespect I was given. Save your time, Save your money, Save yourself and your family, and take your business elsewhere.

Ogueri is the worst attorney I have ever come across. If you care about your family's case, do not hire him. He is lazy, makes you do all the work, continuously postpones court dates, and lies about the reasons for doing so. I hired him to defend my brother in an immigration case. Despite providing all requested documents, he showed up unprepared to court, only to ask for another extension. The judge reprimanded him for his unprofessionalism. After months of waiting, he has not made progress on the case and is unresponsive, redirecting calls to clueless assistants. I am now seeking a refund, but he hangs up on me and provides no information. I hope the bar addresses his unethical behavior.

I am beyond disappointed with the service received by Ogueri. Despite the critical nature of our legal matter, Ogueri ceased communication and involvement, leaving our case in a problamatic state without notice or justification. I also entrusted Ogueri with significant funds intended for specific legal expenses. Regrettably, these funds were not allocated as agreed upon, and requests for accounting and transparency were consistently ignored. Then, on the occasions that Ogueri did represent me in court, his lack of preparation was not only evident but embarrassing. Choosing Ogueri for legal representation has, regrettably, led to a series of professional failings that have had a profound negative impact on my case and overall well-being. I strongly advise against choosing Ogueri to represent you, as he should consider and reflect on these issues and the responsibilities that comes with the legal profession.
