I had moved from Maryland to Texas in July. The attorney I had in Maryland said they could no longer represent me bc I no longer live there and my case was going to be filed that day. I was devastated. I called another attorney who was more than willing to take my case for $2500. I then called Ojeda Law Office. This lawyer explained to me that I was not a resident of Texas until 90 days and the fact that I lived in Maryland for over 4 decades that they have to still represent me. I called my attorneys back with this information. After a week they called me back and apologized and was told that I had taught their practice a lesson. This never would have happened if I had not called this law firm. He was honest not like the lawyer I had called before him who was willing to take $2500 from me. This man is not what you would usually hear about attorneys. He went above and beyond my expectations. He told me that in less than 5 minutes. He saved me when I was brought to tears by my Maryland attorneys decision. He is knowledgeable, honest, decent, outstanding and a true credit to his profession. He is an admirable attorney.
