I can not speak for the entire firm but only about Kelly Oetinger directly. Kelly is quite possibly the worst attorney I have ever run across. She represents our HOA, or did until I finally got her to resign through complaints to the Bar Association. Our HOA was being robbed by unethical board members all while Kelly ran protection for them. Over 200 records were given to her showing illegal payments to board members, misappropriation of funds, neglect of rules and laws by board and dereliction of duties. Kelly's first response was to send letters to anyone who raised questions demanding they have no contact with board or management company. Then she would help with concealing records and not giving owners proper access. She went in front of Real Estate HOA resolution board and lied about records and HOA practices. Finally in an executive meeting, she refused to review or even loook at all of the records of illegal behavior by board saying she worked at board's discretion and could not look at their actions unless board asked her to investigate them or advise us on a resolution. I battled her incompetence and corruption for two years until finally getting her run out of town. If you want a legal team to help your HOA defraud and steal from owners, Kelly is a great choice, if you want honesty integrity and competent advice you better run the other way

If you ever find yourself victim of Brown Olcott's bitterness, smallness, insecurities and litigious behavior remember things could be worse you could be them. Namely Ms. Kelly Oetinger.????????????
