WORST LAW FIRM EVER!! I hired Tyler Olsen for my custody case and at the beginning, he was in contact with me since then all they needed to do is file my paperwork to the courts. It’s been years and nothing has happened. In the last two years I can’t get a hold of him and he won’t call back. No communication, No information, No Refund, Nothing. Save your money go somewhere els!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO MY ENEMIES

Olsen & Olsen Family Law is amazing. I had the opportunity to work with Marty and I can’t say enough about how great he is to work with. From our first meeting, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings. In a child custody case, Marty was not only extremely knowledgeable, but he was highly sensitive to the fact that it was proving to be a traumatic experience for all involved. Olsen & Olsen is a fantastic attorney, I hired Matt Olsen about 2 years ago. He’s been super attentive, always gives great advice, and he’s very fairly priced. I’ve referred about a dozen people to him, and I plan on continuing referring people to him every chance I get.

UPDATE: Tyler has since reached out and refunded me my money, apologized for the trouble and offered a discount if I chose to continue with his firm. All I wanted was a refund. I am satisfied. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I never write reviews but this is ridiculous. I hired Tyler Olsen at the beginning of the year 2022. He was to help me file for full custody of my son and recalculate child support. I am now writing this review in June 2023. He never delivered. He never even filed my case with the courts. I never got a court date. I never heard from him. I spoke with him 3 times. Twice was at the beginning to get all my information and the father of my child's jail information. The third time was because I threatened to withdraw council. He responded by saying that he was going to file the following week. I told him never mind since it had already been a year and I would rather have my money back. He began to ignore me again after that email. It should have been an easy case but now I am fighting for my money back. Every time I call into the office I am told he is in court or on vacation and he will get back to me. I NEVER receive anything back. I am afraid that he will tell me that I owe even more money because of how long this has gone on. I won't be using a lawyer again thanks to Tyler Olsen. DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPRESENTATION!!

Sign up here if you like wasting your money! Sounds like my experience isn't too different from many others on here. I hired Mitch Olsen to represent me in a high conflict custody case in Sept 2020. He misrepresented information, and worked with my ex's attorney to get our case resolved as quickly as possible to my detriment. His average response time was over a week even during high-conflict situations, and at one point I went 3 weeks without hearing from him while asking for him to file an urgent matter with the court. I informed him I would be looking for another attorney if he didn't get back to me within another week, and had already consulted with and retained my current attorney before he even bothered to email me back. After I retained my new attorney, they stopped sending me bills for 6 months. After that, I told them I wanted a refund for their horrible services, I got a bombardment of past bills from Mitch who ignored all my reasonings for why I felt I deserved a refund and just kept repeating that he was "willing to talk", even though he refused to respond to any of the points I was already attempting to talk to him about. They are lazy, shady, and will make you sit around waiting for a response for weeks at a time, but happy to send a bill as if they're actually doing their job. You'd be better off representing yourself than entrusting this firm with your divorce. UPDATE: I haven’t heard anything from these fools for over a year and a half. Suddenly, I’ve started getting multiple bills a month, all adding DAILY interest. Absolute con artists and horrible legal council.
