The management company is terrible, I have had 2 incidents with their staff. The first one when we were renewing our lease. Where one of the employees at the renewal office got in my mother's face and made her feel threatened. That person has been repeatedly giving us an attitude when we were asking for clarification and talking down to us. We promptly reported this to her management and then she was all helpful and sweet as honey, whatever. nnThe next incident was at the leasing office where the staff sent us to see an apartment which we loved, and they told us we needed some paperwork. I was able to get everything together and went to go see them. It turns out that they had already given away the apartment 2 days after it had just gone on the market and we had gone to see it. On top of that, all the paperwork that they said was needed by us now was unnecessary. I was furious, If I was given clear information, I would have been able to secure the paperwork within a reasonable time frame and avoid the severe stress I experienced dealing with them. If you can avoid working with their management, I think that would be best.

I wish i could give them a -5 star review . nDO NOT Rent with them. Crappy Apartments, Crappy Building and the people that work there are extremely rude, and crappy as well. Please know this if you rent with them you can forget about the deposit you gave them. They will find a way to keep your deposit. No matter what you do and how clean you keep the apartment you will not get back your deposit. Trust me there are nicer apartments for a lot lower than their buildings. People that work there are racists and disgusting. Speaking from experience.

This company is only about taking your money. It was my fault for not looking at the reviews before hand. They increased our rent before the lease was up by $50 for "repairs on the buildings" which has never happened to me before in my life and I have lived in 6 other apartments through out NYC. So we decided to move because we would need to pay another $50 once the lease was up which would be a total increase of $100 and to pay $1700 for a studio apartment in queens is ridiculous! We received the deposit back and they took $400 from our deposit for these cleaning fee, a random fee I have never heard of and they claimed we stayed in the apartment an extra 3 days. We were out by the 1st but I was told by this woman Sara Blakely that we needed to give the keys directly to the super and for 3 days the Super was no where to be found. So they charged us for those 3 days! I tried emailing and calling and no answer. I left voice messaged and no call back.

Very bad management. Apartment flooded from last 10 days no one came to fix or responded. Building is full of roaches. Very lazy Super. Apartment have mole everywhere. I moved family out but cannot afford hotel any more.nThis management have no empathy and show no responsibility. I send email to nautilus manager several times and he didnt responded.
